1 Yellowstone Neurosurgical Associates (YNA) appeals from a decision of the Thirteenth Judicial District, Yellowstone County, in an action by Marilyn Ramsey (Ramsey) for contract damages. Ramsey cross-appeals from the District Courts decision to affirm the Department of Labors (DOL) determination that she had an independent contractor relationship with YNA rather than being a YNA employee. We affirm on all issues.
